Safety Precautions:

Expert Headshots have implemented the following preventative measures to keep our staff and clients safe during our photo sessions.

• A reduction of the number of sessions each day in order to limit the flow in and out of the Studio Space. 

• We recommend coming to your shoot alone unless:

  • You feel you need help from a friend that would be considered essential.

  • You are a parent accompanying a minor to the session. 

  • You are being photographed as part of a couple or group.

• All surfaces within the studio are sanitised after each session and prior to entry of our new clients the following day.

• Should we be shooting for a corporate client with a number of employees being photographed over the course of a day then we will stagger each person allowing for time in between to appropriately clean between sessions.

• Whilst being photographed our clients will remove their mask and no other individual will get within a 6 ft radius of them without a face covering. 

• There will be no physical contact by our staff to fix hair, clothing or makeup.

 

Pre-shoot self-evaluation:

• I confirm that I haven’t displayed any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Runny nose, nasal congestion or sneezing without other known cause

  • Sore throat

  • Difficulty breathing or swallowing

  • Unexplained fatigue or malaise

  • Headaches

  • Gastrointestinal upset

  • Decrease (or loss) of sense of taste or smell

• I confirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

• I confirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled internationally within the past 14 days.

• I understand that Expert Headshots has implemented measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

 

Assumption of Risk:

Expert Headshots has put safety precautions into effect in order to help diminish the spread of COVID-19. These are designed to safeguard our staff and clients during our sessions. 

By scheduling with us, you agree to the following terms: 

• I voluntarily agree to take on all risks associated with partaking in a photo session with respect to exposure to COVID-19. 

• I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Expert Headshots, all owners and employees from all claims relating to my involvement in a photo session. 

• I also agree to alert Expert Headshots if I do display any symptoms corresponding to COVID-19 within 14 days of the shoot. 

 

You can be confident in knowing that I, Dave Hutchinson (Owner and Photographer) have been FULLY VACCINATED.
